  1. Board of Directors Eastern Shore Association of Superintendents (8 years) President, Vice President, Government Relations Advisor, and Association Delegate.
      • * Established better accounting practices for long-term association stability
    • * Primary visionary and creator of the Eastern Shore Turf Conference
    • * Community outreach and charity events, raising over $30,000 annually -Association was recognized as "Organization of the Year" in 2011 by the Special Olympics
  2. Chesapeake Bay Commission Advisory Board – played integral part of team that helped influence laws that protect the environment and provide reasonable regulations for turf managers/facilities.
  3. Collaborated with management to establish a Master Plan to improve conditions, design and long-term financial sustainability of the facility. Saved the owner $100,000 by handling work in-house.
